Terms of Use

Digital Money Internal Tools · Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the Digital Money Internal Tools application (the MCP server at https://mcp.digitalmoney.ai and its related services, the “Application”) made available by Digital Money S.r.l. (“Digital Money”) to its personnel. By connecting to the Application you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility and access

The Application is an internal business tool. It may be used only by employees and authorized collaborators of Digital Money who hold a Google Workspace account on an authorized company domain and who are permitted to access the underlying data by reason of their role. Access is granted, and may be revoked, at Digital Money's sole discretion. No right of access is conferred to any other person or organisation.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Application solely for Digital Money's legitimate business purposes, within the scope of your duties, and in compliance with applicable law (including data protection law), Digital Money's internal policies, and the terms of the third-party services the Application relies on — in particular the Google Ads and Google APIs terms of service and the usage policies of any AI assistant you connect.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • share your access, tokens or session with anyone, or let another person act through your account;
  • attempt to circumvent, disable or probe the Application's guardrails, access controls, query restrictions, credential masking or rate limits;
  • attempt to extract API credentials, secrets or personal data beyond what your role requires, or use the Application to process personal data for purposes other than those for which it was collected;
  • copy, export or transfer company data to personal accounts, unauthorized services or AI assistants not approved by Digital Money;
  • use the Application for personal purposes, for the benefit of third parties, or in any way that could harm Digital Money, its partners or users;
  • reverse-engineer the Application or use it to build a competing product or service.

4. Account security

You are responsible for the security of the Google account and devices you use to connect. Keep multi-factor authentication enabled, use only approved MCP clients, and report any suspected unauthorized access, loss of a device, or security incident to Digital Money immediately at marketing@digitalmoney.ai.

5. Monitoring and logging

To protect its systems and data and to meet its accountability obligations, Digital Money records access to the Application, the tools invoked and a preview of the queries run, together with the identity of the user. These records may be reviewed for security, troubleshooting, audit and compliance purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable employment law and Digital Money's internal policies.

6. Confidentiality and data protection

All information accessible through the Application — including business metrics, partner data, advertising performance and any personal data — is confidential information of Digital Money and must be handled in accordance with your confidentiality obligations and Digital Money's data-protection instructions. When processing personal data through the Application you act on behalf of Digital Money as controller and must follow its instructions. These obligations survive the end of your access.

7. Third-party services

The Application relies on services operated by third parties, including Google (sign-in, cloud hosting, Google Ads API) and the providers of the AI assistants approved by Digital Money. Those services are governed by their own terms, which you agree to comply with. Digital Money is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Availability and changes

The Application is provided as an internal tool and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Digital Money does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may impose usage limits, including to stay within the quotas of third-party APIs. Digital Money may amend these terms; the current version is published at https://mcp.digitalmoney.ai/terms and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Warranties and liability

The Application is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the data it returns; data from external APIs may be delayed, estimated or subject to later revision, and outputs produced by AI assistants must be verified before being relied upon. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Money shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code) or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights of employees under applicable labour law.

10. Intellectual property

The Application, its code, documentation and the data it makes available are owned by Digital Money or its licensors. You receive only a revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Application in accordance with these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

Digital Money may suspend or terminate your access at any time, in particular upon breach of these terms, upon suspicion of a security incident, or when your employment or collaboration ends. Upon termination you must stop using the Application; sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory rules on jurisdiction applicable to employment relationships or to consumers where they apply.
